The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Suriname on the visa waiver for holders of ordinary, diplomatic, official and special passports, done at Paramaribo on 10 February 2018, entered into force on 16 September 2019.

In accordance with Article 1 of the Agreement, a national of either Contracting Party, who holds one of the above types of passport, is allowed to stay in the territory of the other Contracting Party, without a visa, for a period of 30 days.
