The Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on the Abolition of Visas for Holders of Diplomatic, Official and Special Passports, done in New York on 26 September 2018, effective 12 May 2019.

The protocol extended the visa-free regime between Serbia and the UAE and to holders of ordinary passports. Pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 2 (b) of the Protocol, nationals of both States are entitled to enter, exit, transit and stay in the territory of the other Contracting Party for a part of ninety (90) days.
